Your Pie recently celebrated two grand opening events for new restaurant locations in Athens and Columbus, Ga.
The new Athens location marks the fourth in that market, where the concept launched. The 5-year-old, down-the-line pizza franchise now includes 16 locations across the Southeast.
Ranked No. 66 in Entrepreneur Magazine's 2013 list of Top New Franchises, Your Pie plans two additional units within the next six weeks. They will be located in new Florida markets Fleming Island (Jacksonville) and Lighthouse Point (Boca Raton).
Your Pie also has 10 more units in development and several sold-out markets.
Your Pie was founded in 2008 by Drew French, who was inspired by brick oven-style pizza while on his honeymoon in Italy.
"A down-the-line concept for brick oven pizza simply hadn't been done and I loved the idea of being able to customize your pie," he said.
