Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint will open its 8th Atlanta-area restaurant in the Edgewood Retail District at the corner of Moreland Avenue and Caroline Street in Edgewood, Ga. Doors will officially open at 11 a.m., March 14.
The grand opening party will be 11 a.m.- 3 p.m., March 16, featuring free pizza for a year for the first 100 customers and family-friendly activities such as a stilt walker and face painting. From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., local guitar artist "Alex Gordon Hi-Fi" will entertain the dinner crowd.
The new location includes dining, take-out, Take & Bake, catering and event options for the local community.
"Uncle Maddio's locations are popping up all over Atlanta, and now we finally have a place in Edgewood to call home," said Matt Andrew, Uncle Maddio's founder and Chief Pizza Maker.
