The National Restaurant Association has named Thomas Wojno as its new vice president of member value and strategy.
In his new role, Wojno will focus on growing and improving the NRA's national membership outreach, supporting state restaurant associations in their member acquisition and retention efforts, and developing NRA's relationships with key industry operators, according to a news release.
"Tom is an excellent addition to NRA's membership team as we focus on transforming our member engagement efforts and delivering value to the restaurant industry," said Phil Kafarakis, chief innovation & member advancement officer. "His strategic business experience in both the corporate and nonprofit arena will help us create and deliver our unique products and services to operators as they look to build profitably and grow their businesses."
Wojno joins the NRA from America's Promise Alliance, where he served as VP of Resource Development since 2010. Prior to that, he held leadership positions at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Bloomberg L.P.
