Nine Mellow Mushroom stores will roll out gluten free options by April 5, according to gluten-free diet source Celiac.com. The new dough will be priced similarly to the existing option.

The Atlanta-based pizza bakery has partnered with Still Riding Pizza to produce a dough that is able to rise even without the gluten that is intolerable to those suffering from celiac disease.
