CiCi's Pizza is extending the 25th Anniversary $3.99 buffet pricing offer from March 17-28, 2010.
"Our reputation is built on our endless flavor, endless variety and endless value, and we look forward to continuing to celebrate our 25th Anniversary with our guests and providing them with a terrific CiCis experience," said Michael Shumsky, CEO of CiCi's Pizza.
According to a company statement, the limited-time 25th Anniversary price proved to be a very successful way to thank CiCi's loyal guests. The original promotion ran from Feb. 17-28.
Rather than undercut their business and make it harder to scale prices up post-recession, spokesperson Mele Telitz said the promotion has reintroduced lapsed customers, and proven successful even after returning to the $4.99 price point in between the two promotions.
"We saw a 60 percent increase in traffic as a result of the promotion compared to the run rate," she said. "Between the February promotion and now our March promotion, our buffet was at our everyday price of $4.99 varying by location and we still saw positive results."
Telitz said after the promotion the brand will return to its "everyday low price" of $4.99 "plus," but also provide guests with new product news, alluding to possible higher-priced premium offerings.
