Golden Knights Pizza in Orlando has revealed its key to Facebook fame and optimized online ordering. After starting with Facebook and then linking in BigHoller Restaurant Online Ordering, Golden Knights Pizza was able to generate more than 2,000 fans and 1,500 friends in its first 60 days, according to owner Chas Warner. He also anticipates processing 40 percent of orders online in the future.
Golden Knights has found a way to efficiently stretch its operation dollars with large returns. "I do the majority of our marketing free on Facebook, utilizing events and status updates," said Warner. His marketing strategy involves between four to six planned events per month and then directing friends and visitors to his online ordering.
BigHoller is a popular online ordering service for restaurants. It has drag-and-drop ingredient customization for its pizza shop customers and other custom solutions.
