ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Domino's and Amsterdam-based GreenGraffiti have launched a marketing campaign for Domino's American Legends pizza that features environmentally friendly logos on sidewalks in three American cities for consumers to find.
The logos are created with a high pressure water sprayer that blasts away dirt through a stencil, leaving behind an environmentally friendly ad in its place. Overnight, 220 Domino's Pizza logos have been strategically "blasted" onto sidewalks in Los Angeles, Philadelphia and New York."This is different because GreenGraffiti cleans part of the sidewalk and leaves ads behind," said Domino's spokesman Tim McIntyre. "At first glance, it appears that something's been painted onto the sidewalks. In reality, we're just removing dirt and leaving ads behind."
The first 250 people to e-mail pr@dominos.com and submit a photo of them with a GreenGraffiti sidewalk Domino's logo will receive a $15 Domino's gift card, good for a Domino's American Legends pizza.
