New York Daily News: The new fight between Patsy's Italian Restaurant in midtown New York and Patsy's Pizzeria on Long Island began when Patsy's Pizzeria put up an awning with the words "Trattoria Impazzire" - "Restaurant Without Competition" in Florentine dialect.
 
A judge had ruled those words were off limits because they imply the pizzeria is an Italian restaurant, and therefore could confuse customers of Patsy's Restaurant. The owners covered the words with Magic Marker and a patch, but recent rains washed away the repair job.
