Argus Leader: Pizza Ranch franchisees Rich and Linda Avery, who own Pizza Ranch restaurants in Dell Rapids, S.D., and Emporia, Kan., have won Franchisee of the Year for the Dell Rapids location. The couple have been operating the restaurant since 2000.
