Online ordering is taking over the restaurant industry as another way operators can add brand value, and pizzerias are leading in the technology's implementation. Pizza Marketplace's sister site FastCasual.com caught up with Keith Franklin, national sales manager for OrderUp.com, at the 2009 National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show in Chicago. Fast Casual editor Valerie Killifer asked Keith, "How can restaurant operators leverage online ordering to reach the next generation of consumers?"
