WRAL-TV: Troubled insurance giant AIG owes Ruckus Pizza owners Robert and Ashley Royster $2,261 after they overpaid on their 2008 worker's compensation insurance premium. An AIG customer service rep told the Roysters, "You'll get your refund when you get it."
