Restaurants hoping to succeed in today's economic times must know who they are, what they are and where they are going, according to Kathleen Wood, a consultant who presented her "Power of One" strategy this week at the Pizza Executive Summit in Chicago.
"The Power of One is really a powerful platform of giving people the true answers to those questions, so they can proceed forward with maximum effectiveness and the greatest level of efficiency," Wood said.
Woods taught restaurant operators about the importance of clarifying their vision of their teams, directions, brands and communities.
"That's the first leg of being unstoppable," Wood said.
