Stocks fall slightly

Cheese   Block cheese prices trended down last week on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, averaging $1.42 per pound, down 7 cents from the previous week's average.   Prices closed at just under $1.44 per pound on Tuesday, just under $1.43 per pound Wednesday, $1.40 Thursday and just under $1.40 per pound on Friday.    Cheese prices are up 23 percent compared with last year, when they averaged $1.15 per pound.   Wheat   Prices for wheat on the Minneapolis Grain Exchange closed at just above $5.14 per bushel last Friday, up 6 cents from the previous Friday's close of $5.08.   Wheat prices closed at $5.01 Tuesday, just under $4.97 per bushel Wednesday, $4.98 Thursday and $4.93 Friday.   Gasoline and diesel fuel   The nationwide average for regular unleaded gasoline was $2.72 per gallon June 7, according to AAA and the Oil Price Information Service, down 1 cent from the previous week.   Prices are off 7 percent from an average of $2.92 per gallon a month ago and up 4 percent from an average of $2.61 per gallon this time last year. Mid-range unleaded currently averages $2.90 per gallon while premium unleaded as of June 7 stood at $3 per gallon.   The nationwide average price for diesel fuel stood at $2.99 per gallon June 7, relatively stable from the previous week. Diesel prices are up 19 percent from an average of $2.51 per gallon this time last year.   Natural gas   Since Wednesday, May 26, natural gas spot prices increased across the lower 48 States, with gains of up to 18 cents per million Btu (MMBtu), at most market locations, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration. The Henry Hub natural gas spot price rose 13 cents per MMBtu, or about 3 percent, averaging $4.32 per MMBtu in trading as of June 2.   Pizza company stocks   Shares in Pizza Hut parent Yum! Brands Inc. closed at $40.86 on June 4, off 9 cents  compared with the previous week's close of $40.95. YUM traded at a 52-week high of $44 in May 2010 and a 52-week low of $32.24 in May 2009.   Domino's closed at $12.69, off 31 cents compared with the previous Friday's close of $13. DPZ has traded as high as $16.32 in May 2010 and as low as $7.05 in July 2009, over the past 52 weeks.   Papa John's stock closed at $24.44, off 16 cents compared with the previous Friday's close of $24.60. PZZA traded at a 52-week high of $28.84 in May 2010 and a 52-week low of $21.44 in December 2009.   Shares in CEC Entertainment Inc., parent company of Chuck E. Cheese restaurants, closed at $39.18, off $1.26 compared with the previous week's close of $40.44. CEC traded at a 52-week high of $41.79 in April 2010 and a 52-week low of $24.69 in October 2009.   California Pizza Kitchen closed at $17.68 on June 4, off 55 cents from the previous week's close of $18.23. CPKI traded as high as $22.92 in May 2010 and as low as $12.29 in December 2009.   Pizza Inn closed at $1.80 on June 4, up 3 cents from the previous week's close. PZZI traded at a 52-week high of $2.25 in March 2010 and a 52-week low of $1.46 in July 2009.
