SLS Las Vegas resort has launched a new mix of food and beverage venues, according to a press release.
The restaurant strip Bazaar Meat came from Joes Andres's Bazaar dining concept and features a 335-seat restaurant with wood and charcoal ovens, a tartare bar, a raw seafood bar, caviars, tapas and seasonal vegetables and potatoes.
SLS also snagged 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria for the venue, becoming the company's newest location. It features "California-grown tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and handcrafted crusts made with flour from the ancient Molino San Felice in Naples," the release said.
Guests at the pizzeria can customize their own pie from 40 topping choices baked in 60 to 90 seconds. The 72-seat location is open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily.
