AllergyEats conference planned for October in NYC

The 2014 AllergyEats Food Allergy Conference is set for Oct. 21 beginning at 8 a.m. at the Radisson Martinique in New York City. This year’s event is open to restaurant chefs, owners and managers, college and university dining directors and other foodservice professionals and is titled: “How to Maximize Safety and Increase Customer Engagement, Loyalty and Revenue.”

"Our speakers will discuss protocols to improve communication, avoid cross-contamination, create allergen-free meals, and better accommodate guests with dietary restrictions," AllergyEats CEO Paul Antico said in a news release. "We'll also discuss the significant financial benefits that allergy-friendly restaurants can experience."
