DENVER — Wheat-free pizza is possible, according to cookbook author for wheat-free dining Carol Fenster, Ph.D. Fenster's pizza recipes, which are available at www.glutenfree101.com, explain how to make a pizza crust from a blend of rice and tapioca flours, according to a news release.
