Bear Rock Cafe rolls out pizza

CARY, N.C. — Fast-casual Bear Rock Cafe restaurants have introduced a new category to the menu with a line of Pizzetas. Five new chef-created Pizzetas are prepared with fresh ingredients on Bear Rock's hand-tossed flatbread. Featured Pizzetas include: Greek Chicken Pizzeta – Hand-tossed flatbread topped with Kalamata olive spread, grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, spinach, mozzarella, provolone, cheddar and feta cheeses and tomatoes. Roasted Vegetable Pizzeta – Hand-tossed flatbread topped with Pomodoro Tomato sauce and olive oil, roasted eggplant, mozzarella, provolone and cheddar cheeses, roasted red peppers, roasted red onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. Chicken Poblano Pizzeta – Hand-tossed flatbread topped with Roasted Poblano sauce, grilled chicken, mozzarella, provolone and cheddar cheeses, tomatoes and bacon crumbles. BBQ Chicken Pizzeta – Hand-tossed flatbread topped with BBQ sauce, grilled chicken, mozzarella, provolone and cheddar cheeses, red onions and tomatoes. Pepperoni Pizzeta – Hand-tossed flatbread topped with Pomodoro Tomato sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella, provolone and cheddar cheeses and tomatoes. Beginning Aug. 30, Pizzetas are available at every Bear Rock Cafe location throughout the day for guests to enjoy for lunch or dinner.
