Canada's Pizza Pizza using VoIP call center in U.S.

CRM News: Pizza Pizza once used a standard call center to centralize its order dispatch system, but now the Toronto-based firm is using the Internet — via the U.S. — to handle its voice traffic. Called Voice-over Internet Protocol, or VoIP, the technology has allowed the company to operate a virtual call center with a system from Indianapolis-based Interactive Intelligence Inc.
