Cardiff International has entered into a letter of intent agreement to acquire an undisclosed, but “profitable, well-managed, proven, turnkey” pizza chain with five locations throughout the Atlanta market. According to a news release, the agreement is expected to be signed within the next 10 days. The chain has been in business for 11 years with little to no debt.
"This acquisition represents a major turning point on our balance sheet. Acquiring them gives us a great revenue stream as well as strong assets. Being able to announce our second acquisition 'right out of the gate' is like getting extra toppings on your pizza,” Cardiff CEO Kathy Roberton said in the release.
