CHICAGO -- Chicagoans and tourists who want a deep-dish pizza from legendary Lou Malnati's Pizzeria will soon be able to order it through electronic kiosks positioned throughout the Windy City.

Dubbed "Virtual Food Courts," the first kiosk debuted July 8 in the Chicago Sports & Novelty store on Michigan Avenue.

According to a release, using a touchscreen ordering system and a Web-enabled kiosk, customers can order online a Malnati pie and other famed Chicago foods, and have them delivered where they like.

Other Virtual Food Court kiosks are expected to be placed in airports, hotel lobbies and trade show common areas throughout the summer. The kiosk's software developer, Netkey, based in Branford, Conn., wants to expand the concept nationwide in the future.
