Chuck E. Cheese's has been named the No. 1 kid-friendly restaurant by Technomic's Consumer Restaurants Brand Metrics program, which compiles consumer data about various chains from surveys taken throughout a two-year period.
Out of 80,000 consumer responses, the brand ranked as the most kid-friendly restaurant in unit appearance and ambiance.
The report tracks the performance of approximately 115 leading restaurant chains by measuring consumer experience through surveys.
Chuck E. Cheese's launched a five-pillar "Promise to Parents" in the fall, committed to providing a "clean and open gameroom environment, fresh food, safety and wholesome family fun."
"As a brand, we strive to create experiences for families to build lasting memories together at Chuck E. Cheese's," said Scott McDaniel, chief marketing officer at Chuck E. Cheese's. "Our 'Promise to Parents' guides our efforts and helps us reach exciting milestones like being rated the country's No. 1 kid-friendly restaurant by Technomic's Consumer Research Brand Metrics."
