CiCi's Pizza has awarded Publicis, Dallas, Snares its $26 million marketing account.
According to AdAge, the business includes branding, creative, digital and media, and the new campaign is set to begin in 2012.
CiCi's and longtime agency Deutsch, out of Los Angeles, parted ways earlier this summer after a 7-year relationship.
"Publicis demonstrated a clear understanding of the many facets of the CiCi's guest," Nancy Hampton, CiCi's Pizza chief marketing officer, said in a statement. "We feel confident in the agency's expertise and fresh approach to delivering relevant, creative and compelling national and local advertising as well as in-restaurant communications. The depth and strength of its media planning and buying also made Publicis the right partner for CiCi's Pizza."
Hampton was named CMO in September 2010.
CiCi's has about 650 units in 35 states and is the sixth largest pizza chain in the country.
