Comdata providing payroll card service to Domino's Pizza employees

April 30, 2003

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. and ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Comdata Corporation announced the launch of the Domino's ExpressPay Card, a card-based payroll product that replaces paper payroll checks for all Domino's Pizza's domestic corporate employees.

According to a release, the payroll card is a wholesale replacement for Domino's paper-based payroll system.

Comdata's payroll card enables employees with or without banking relationships to receive payroll and other company-provided funds on their own secure, personal payroll card. The card operates just like an ATM card, and is used for cash withdrawals at Cirrus ATMs. Cardholders can also make debit purchases wherever the MasterCard Maestro network is offered.

With the Comdata payroll product, funds are loaded to employee cards immediately on an employer-determined schedule. Any adjustments and funds distributions occur in real time.

Payroll managers have access to payroll and payment distribution reports on a secure Web site, and can activate and deactivate cards at any time.

Domino's will launch the ExpressPay card at its corporate stores in phases, which will coincide with equipment programming and card production schedules.

Checkers/Rally's Drive-In Restaurants' employees also use the ExpressPay cards.
