Compeat introduces restaurant labor management solution

Compeat Restaurant Management Systems has launched Compeat Workforce, a complete labor management solution that delivers time and attendance, forecasting and labor scheduling to the restaurant; as well as a portal for the restaurant staff.

Workforce is an integrated component of the Compeat Advantage and the Compeat Enterprise product series that can also be used on a stand-alone basis.

Workforce features include configurable wage calculation set to meet variable overtime and minor law compliance; forecasting for labor requirements; and a labor scheduler.

Also included is myWorkforce – a portal for employees and managers to view and request changes to their schedules via desktop or mobile devices. The company is also in development of an employee on-boarding module. The on-boarding module to be released in Q1 2013 includes features for recruiting, application submission, applicant screening, actual hiring and new employee training.

Compeat Workforce can be integrated with a restaurant's POS, human resource system, and payroll system or service. Compeat Workforce, Compeat OnBoard and Compeat Payroll will help restaurant companies automate all labor-related processes from hiring through payroll processing. The solution was created to reduce labor costs, hours for restaurant managers and paperwork.
