Customer service expert scheduled to speak at Int'l Pizza Expo

Customer service consultant, speaker and author Micah Solomon will speak at the International Pizza Expo, March 24-26, 2014, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Solomon will speak on "High-Tech, High-Touch Customer Service" and "Exceptional Service, Exceptional Profit," in presentations based on his books of the same name.

Solomon's books on customer service, the customer experience, customer loyalty and hospitality have now been translated into nine languages and were recently chosen by the Best Small Business Book Awards among the top business books of 2013. The books are also available in audiobook format on Audible.com.
