More than two years after Domino's Pizza U.S. overhauled its recipe, the company's New Zealand system also is undergoing a major change – remodeling its Classic Crust.
According to Showroom, the new crust features a better texture and taste, is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is made with baker's flour and semolina, and has a "European style" edge.
According to Domino's New Zealand's General Manager Josh Kilimnik, the new crust marks the biggest product change in company history.
The new crust was in test for more than 18 months.
