SPARTA, Ky.—Domino's Pizza has been named the "official pizza" of the 70,000-seat Kentucky Speedway.
According to a news release, under the terms of the three-year agreement, Domino's receives category exclusivity, vending rights and signage at the $152-million venue, along with grandstand tickets, advertising and other promotional considerations. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The speedway, located between Louisville, Ky., and Cincinnati, hosts several large auto racing events throughout the spring and summer, including annual visits by NASCAR's Busch Series and the Indy Racing League.
"We know race fans are also huge fans of great pizza, so this partnership allows Domino's the wonderful opportunity to deliver the great taste of Domino's Pizza to Kentucky Speedway fans," said Greater Cincinnati Domino's franchisee Lou Metro in a news release.
