JOHOR, Malaysia -- Dommal Food Services Sdn Bhd, the master franchisee of Domino's Pizza in Malaysia, will spend RM 400,000 (U.S. $105,300) on a Web site (www.dominos.com.my) and online ordering facility it expects will boost pizza sales by 1 percent during the next 12 months.

According to The Star, General Manager Alan Ang said the new online ordering option should appeal to office workers.

"All they need to do is log on to our Web site to place an order," Ang told The Star. "After all, most offices have Internet facilities, so doing this will be very easy and without hassle."

In tandem with the launch, Domino's is offering a free regular specialty pizza worth RM 20.80 (U.S. $5.48) for every large specialty pizza purchase, for a limited time.

There are 20 Domino's Pizza outlets in Malaysia: 16 in the Klang Valley, three in Johor and one in Penang.
