ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Domino's Pizza disclosed in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that Patrick Knotts, its vice president of flawless execution, left the company on Oct. 4. The document did not explain Knotts' departure.

Patrick Doyle, its longtime executive vice president of Domino's international, was promoted to executive vice president and leader of TEAM U.S.A. His post comes with a $290,000 base salary, incentive bonuses and a full-year's salary severance package if terminated.

Doyle's former spot is now filled by Michael Lawton. Lawton previously served as senior vice president of finance and administration over Domino's Pizza International.
