Donatos Pizza chooses WebFOCUS for sales, customer info reporting

NEW YORK — Information Builders, an enterprise business intelligence (BI) provider, announced Donatos Pizza has selected its WebFOCUS product as its system-wide store sales reporting tool.

According to a news release, Donatos will use WebFOCUS to provide pizzeria managers with real-time performance information on customer frequency, order trends and coupon performance.

Donatos wanted a BI solution that was both scalable and flexible to meet anticipated growth and meet its intranet and Internet reporting needs.

"We have a lot of endusers that are very reliant on IT to pull together data from multiple sources because of the time it requires," said Dave Cantwell, executive director of IT at Donatos. "With WebFOCUS, our endusers will have all the tools they need to better understand their individual business and won't need to worry about where the data is coming from. Instead they can leverage the self-service capability via any Web browser to get answers to any questions they have about sales and marketing."
