Eagle Boys Pizza expands Express operation at Brisbane Intl. Airport

BRISBANE, Australia — Eagle Boys Pizza will open a new express unit at the Brisbane International Airport June 24.

According to a news release, the streamlined unit will utilize the company's EagleExpress system, which combines par-baked dough with a limited menu to speed up transaction times.

"The new store will offer departing travellers a personal pan pizza with virtually no waiting time," said Tom Potter, Eagle Boys managing director.

The new unit will offer pizza lovers a Bacon & Egg breakfast pizza, along with traditional favorites Hawaiian and BBQ Meatlovers.

The store is situated beyond the customs and immigration check points adjacent to the departure gates, and will be open seven days a week to service all departing flights.

"Eagle Boys will now have an opportunity to remind Australians traveling overseas that the very best pizza in the world can be found at home," Potter said.
