Facebook helps Stevi B’s attract customers, press attention

Stevi B's Pizza Buffet recently launched a Facebook campaign, inviting parents to upload pictures of their children to the Stevi B's Facebook event page. The hook: One entrant from each store's trade area would be featured on a billboard becoming the local "Stevi B's kid."

The winning children were also featured in local newspapers, websites and blogs, which gained the chain press attention.

According to the pizza chain, the contest was a success. Stores are experiencing positive comp sales growth and the pizza franchise has more than doubled its social media database in three months.
