Fast Casual (www.FastCasual.com), the leading online news and information source for the burgeoning fast casual dining segment, has published the fourth edition of its benchmark research report, "Fast Casual State of the Industry Report, Fourth Edition."
The 91-page report contains the exclusive results of a recent in-depth survey of 150 restaurant operators, covering everything from expansion plans to workforce management, from menu trends to marketing and advertising strategies.
“This is our most comprehensive survey to date,” said Fast Casual senior editor Valerie Killifer. “We took the best questions from the past three years and combined them into one comprehensive study and I’m amazed at what we’ve been able to discover.
