FireFly announces pizza POS Summer Buyback Event

June 7, 2006

HILLSBORO, Ore. — FireFly Technologies announced the first-ever buyback event for old point-of-sale systems.

According to a news release, pizza operators with outdated POS systems can sell their systems to FireFly for a $500-per-terminal credit toward the purchase of a new, up-to-date Phoenix POS system, including hardware and installation.

"It's extremely difficult to find replacement parts for these old POS systems," said Duessa Holscher, managing partner for FireFly. "The huge demand for these parts makes it possible for us to offer this unprecedented buyback event. Now, innovative operators who want to move to current technology can do so while getting money out of their old system."

The buyback offer ends on July 15, so operators are encouraged to call 866-678-6781 immediately for further details. The Phoenix system deposit must be received by the July 15 deadline. The buyback credit is not valid with other offers or discounts and must be applied to the final system price.
