FireFly POS earns top service marks in Hospitality Technology survey

HILLSBORO, Ore. — Hospitality Technology magazine's POS Scoreboard survey ranked FireFly Technologies No. 1 in support and service and ease of upgrade for companies with fewer than 20,000 installations.

"FireFly is proud to receive recognition in the prestigious POS Scoreboard," said FireFly managing partner Duessa Holscher. "The rankings reflect our commitment to top-quality customer service and our user-friendly Phoenix system."

FireFly received a No. 2 ranking in support and service and the highest score in ease of upgrade among all the POS companies surveyed, regardless of number of installations. According to the POS Scoreboard, survey respondents "listed service as the single-most important criteria when selecting a POS system."

"FireFly has good people," said Doug Kreie Sr., a partner and director of operations for Pizza Hut of Taylor, Inc., based in Payson, Ariz. "They want to do what it takes to develop a long-term relationship with their customers."
