ORLANDO, Fla. -- The Florida Restaurant Show, scheduled for Sept. 20-22 at the Orange County Convention Center, will include the event's first-ever Pizza Pavilion.
Among the 600 exhibiting companies, about 40 are pizza-focused or pizza-related, and most are conveniently located in the new Pavilion.
Other topical pavilions featured at the show include: franchising, technology, beer, wine and spirits, and restaurant design.
According to a release, the event, sponsored by the Florida Restaurant Association, expects to draw buyers from all 50 states and more than 38 countries.
