FoodCALC shows restaurants how to monetize nutritional info

Nutrition analysis provider FoodCALC and The Kentucky Restaurant Association are offering a webinar to help restaurant operators market the results of nutrition analysis for their menu items. The free webinar is scheduled for June 30 at 11-12 p.m. Pacific time (2-3 p.m. Eastern time).

FoodCALC director of nutrition Alyson Mar, R.D., will demonstrate how to monetize a menu's nutrition information. Restaurants trying to comply with a menu labeling law are often at a loss about how to best present this information to their diners.
