Domino's Pizza has named Stan Gage as Executive Vice President – Team USA, the company announced today.
Gage, former vice president of the Domino's "Americas region for internal operations," is to replace Steve Akinboro, who is in talks of purchasing a company franchise. Gage will oversee 376 stores in the US and report to Domino's President and CEO Patrick Doyle.
"Stan is a proven, results-oriented leader with nearly three decades of Domino's experience, spanning domestic operations, training and international," Doyle said in the announcement. "To me, Stan is a terrific example of our commitment to providing opportunities for great people in the Domino's system. He's never shied away from a challenge and I'm looking forward to handing the reins of Team USA over to him."
Gage began his career at Domino's in 1985 as a part-time driver while he was a member of the U.S. Marine Corps reserves, the company said.
