Fregene's Pizza wins harvest fair awards

PETALUMA, Calif. — Fregene's Pizza and chef Glenn Cybulski won medals for each of Fregene's six entries in this year's Sonoma County Harvest Fair awards gala, held Sept. 29 in Santa Rosa, Calif. 
Fregene's won two Double Gold Medals for the pizzeria's Exotic Mushroom & Gorgonzola Pizza and its Spicy Pasta Sauce. Fregene's also brought home three Silver Medals for its Shrimp Creole Thin-Crust Pizza, Napoli-Style Traditional Margherita Pizza and Cilantro Lime Cream Dressing, as well as a Bronze Medal for its Aioli Cajun Sauce. 
Fregene's has four full-service locations in Sonoma County and plans are underway for a Santa Rosa location in the fall of 2007.
