Atlanta's Fuoco di Napoli (the fire of Naples), which opened Dec. 5 in the Buckhead neighborhood, has added online ordering and will launch a customer loyalty program by Feb. 1.
Additionally, the restaurant has partnered with Enrico Liberato, known as the Maestro Pizzaiolo of Atlanta, to offer Pizzaiolo Napoletani Assoianti, a pizza school. Liberato teaches students how to create their flavors, and how to stir up Naples' classics in their own kitchens.
"We invested in Enrico Liberato's dream and will continue to provide the business support needed for growth," said Tim Crawford, co-owner.
The idea behind the authentic Italian pizzeria started when a few southerners fell in love with the Liberato's authentic Neapolitan pies. Fuoco di Napoli offers a variety of pizza creations, from the original Regina Margherita to Pizza, del Re, or the King's Pizza, topped with San Marzano tomatoes, bufala mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, artichokes, black olives, basil and olive oil. It also serves hot calzones, salads and cannolis.
