Gluten-free concept added to 14 units

Boulder, Colo.-based Nick-N-Willy’s will incorporate Gluten-Free Bistro products into 14 more of its locations.

The Boulder Weekly reports that the new offerings will be served at locations in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, South Dakota and Kansas.

The crusts will be incorporated into Nick-N-Willy’s signature pizza lineup, such as the Aegean, Big Kahua and the Magellan, as well as its build-your-own selections. All are available for dine-in or take-n-bake.

Nick-N-Willy’s units in Colorado and Utah already offer gluten-free crusts.

The Gluten-Free Bistro was founded by three gluten-intolerant Boulder residents.
