Grimaldi’s Pizzeria opens fourth Nevada unit

Grimaldi’s Pizzeria has opened its fourth Nevada location in Las Vegas.

The company is in the middle of a major expansion plan to build on its current 20 restaurants in five states. In 2011, Grimaldi’s restaurants will open in Dallas, West Palm Beach, Fla. and various other sites.

It has been said that the secret to true New York-style pizza is the water. To keep the integrity used in the Brooklyn pizzeria, Grimaldi’s hired a chemist to analyze and recreate the mineral content and exact composition of the water to ensure the dough tastes the same in Las Vegas.

The new Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is currently open for dinner only and will extend its hours later this month.
