Growing pizza concept capitalizes on Hispanic flavors

Tony and Patricia Martinez have just opened their seventh Tony's Pizza in the San Joaquin Valley area, according to VisaliaTimesDelta.com.
 
The ascending pizza chain has a lineup of Hispanic flavors; its unofficial pizza is the "Chile Verde," named after the traditional Mexican tomatillo and jalapeno sauce.
