Hartman Group webinar to focus on building a better restaurant brand

BELLEVUE, Wash. — Consumer research firm The Hartman Group is hosting a free webinar April 16 that will explain its point of view on how customers' lives are changing because of the recession. The webinar will address:
- Is the new frugality the new reality?
- What can we learn from customers caught up in the throes of the economy?
- What are we seeing — and not seeing — with respect to current customer purchase behavior?
Speakers also will offer advice on marketing dos and don'ts and will give seven tips for building a better restaurant brand in any economic climate.
