HipLogiq announced today a new partnership that will allow customers to integrate customer contact data gathered using its SocialCentiv tool directly into MailChimp.
SocialCentiv users can listen on social media for customers seeking their product or service, reply and extend special offers. Customers enter their contact information when claiming special offers.
"That’s where MailChimp comes in," said Macy English, VP business development of social media marketing company HipLogiq, in a company press release. "Through the power of Twitter and SocialCentiv, businesses collect pertinent contact information and then import it into their MailChimp database. With our patented social listening software, businesses can quickly build a list of very relevant consumers who have expressed intent to buy a product or service."
With SocialCentiv’s integration with MailChimp, businesses can authenticate their account under "My Account" and within minutes beef up their database with coveted contact information. As a result, businesses are following up with customers who are already connected and are more likely to respond to an offer which results in a higher conversion rate and increased business.
