SSP America, an operator of food and beverage brands in travel locations, has announced the completion of its first stage of developments at Phoenix Sky Harbor's Terminal 4. Six local brands were added as part of SSP America's 10-year, $800 million contract with Sky Harbor.
The agreement called for Phoenix-based brands and includes Humble Pie, which features artisan pizzas and signature salads. Its currently set up at the airport as a quick-service concept, but will expand as a full-service restaurant early next year.
Other brands located at Terminal 4 include Lola Coffee, Delux Burger, Pei Wei, Tammie Coe To Go, Peet's Coffee & Tea, Nocawich Express and Four Peaks Brewery.
SSP's second phase of new dining developments at Sky Harbor is underway, and will begin opening throughout the remainder of 2013.
