Hunt Brothers Pizza adds boneless WingBites to menu

March 5, 2012

Hunt Brothers Pizza has launched new breaded, boneless WingBites in Buffalo and Home-Style flavors. The wings are made with 100-percent all-white breast meat and are bite-sized for snacking.

"Chicken and snack foods continue to be hot sellers in the food industry, so it only made sense to expand the popularity of Hunt Brothers Pizza's Wings with our new boneless WingBites," said Keith Solsvig, vice president of marketing for Hunt Brothers Pizza. "WingBites did extremely well in our test markets, particularly among women and kids looking for an easy, flavorful snack option, so we're excited to make this great product available to all of our consumers."

To create awareness about the WingBites launch, Hunt Brothers Pizza is teaming up with the Country Music Association to offer a six-day, five-night grand prize sweepstakes trip for two to the 2012 CMA Music Festival in Nashville.

Fans can visit the Hunt Brothers Pizza Facebook page to enter. In addition to the sweepstakes, fans can redeem proofs of purchase from Wings and WingBites boxes for CMA water bottles and enter contests on the brand's Facebook and Twitter pages to win CMA prize packs and single-night tickets to the CMA Music Festival.

"Country Music fans are not just loyal, they also have great taste, and strong family values," said Sarah McGrady, manager of strategic partnerships for CMA. "Hunt Brothers Pizza aligns perfectly with our demographic, and CMA is excited to partner together for this unique promotion."
