JUSTCHEX signs agreement with Domino's Franchisee Association, offers new state fee collection option

OXNARD, Calif.—JUSTCHEX, LLC, a provider of an Internet-based electronic check recovery process for returned checks, announced it signed an Affinity Partner agreement with the Domino's Franchisee Association (DFA) on Nov. 3.

"We are very pleased to have a partner agreement with JU$TCHEX," Mike Chiodo, executive director of DFA, said in a news release. "Our role was to conduct a process to confirm that the solution was not only effective, but that it was also in compliance with applicable rules and laws. Once completing that evaluation, we then worked out terms with JU$TCHEX to give our members special benefits designed to produce the strongest ROI."

In a related release, JU$TCHEX announced the launching of a new service that allows users to create a paper draft in the amount of the state fee, thereby eliminating the need to get a written approval from the check writer.

The new option merely requires JU$TCHEX users to post a notification in plain view at the point of purchase. If this option is selected, the JU$TCHEX Web site will only process the face value of the check through the Automated Clearing House network for payment, and the fees will be converted to a paper draft for deposit into the check writer's account by JU$TCHEX, on behalf of the client. Paid fees will return to a JU$TCHEX-managed processing account and clients are paid weekly for fees recovered, less the JU$TCHEX draft transaction fee.

Some of the options for notification at the point of purchase include a readable sticker, a notice on a billing statement, a printed message on pizza boxes, or a medallion or badge worn by a delivery driver.
