Kinnikinnick launches gluten-free thin crust line

Edmonton, Alberta-based Kinnikinnick Foods, a gluten-free baked goods manufacturer, has launched a line of gluten-free, family-sized thin crust pizza. The new offering debuted this week at the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas.

In addition to being gluten-free, the new, 10-inch thin crusts are free of dairy and nuts, making the product ideal for consumers with special dietary needs. They join the company's already existing thick crust family-sized and personal-sized pizza crusts available on a food service and retail level.

Produced in a dedicated gluten-free, wheat-free, peanut-free and tree-nut free facility, the Kinnikinnick Pizza Crusts are safe from cross contamination.
