Kitchens with Confidence LLC has announced the launch of an online 90-minute interactive webinar focused on gluten- and allergy-free dining. AllerTrain, a first-of-its-kind training program, will educate foodservice providers about food allergens, intolerances and Celiac disease. After completing the training, restaurant staff will know how to accommodate today’s growing population of special needs diners.
AllerTrain is certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration — the credentialing agency for the American Dietetic Association. Registered dieticians will receive Continuing Educational Credits for attending this live webinar.
The webinar and training is being offered by Kitchens with Confidence founder Betsy Craig.
